6:30-8:00 Extended Care (included in tuition)
8:00-8:30 Arrival, setup of campers
8:30-8:45 Cleanup, water/bathroom
8:45-9:00 Welcome, prayer, song, preview of day
9:00-10:00 Group Time
10:00-10:30 Morning snack, water/bathroom
10:30-11:15 Daily Clubs
11:15-12:30 SWAN Rotations
12:30-1:00 Lunch/clean up
1:00-2:00 Recess/free time
2:00-2:15 Relaxation
2:15-3:00 Wild Card Clubs
3:00-3:30 Group Time
3:30-4:00 Afternoon snack,
water/bathroom
4:00-4:30 Reflection
4:30-6:00 Extended Care (included in tuition)
Group Time: Can be split into several groups if need be, or all in the same big group. Just an activity time where campers and staff enjoy fun, fellowship, and much more.
Daily Clubs: Clubs that are held on a more regular basis. Not signed up for like in the summer, but kids join these clubs with idea of joining same one more than once.
Wild Card Clubs: Clubs that vary each and every time we hold them. If they are the same as Dailys, then campers not able to join the Daily set get priority.
Recess: Morning and afternoon recess can be held outside if weather permits. If weather is below freezing (32°) then nobody will be outside. When going outside only children with proper clothing will be allowed.
